Restoration Projects Request Form

In order to support restoration teams as efficiently as possible, team members should submit all requests for materials in writing. The form can be emailed to Alex (Bochannek@computerhistory.org) or placed in his mailbox, which located behind the coffee bar upstairs. All requests will be reviewed and responded to within 1 week.

Request Description:

We are having trouble keeping the four keypunches we have now up and running. One of the keypunches does not belong to us and is going back to its owner soon. We would like to bring the Lockheed keypunch in to replace the loaner.
